These general conditions of sale apply between Comptoir du Luxe and any natural person making a purchase on the site www.comptoirduluxe.com
- Customer account
About customer accounts
Account creation is required to place an order. We need your contact details (name, email, telephone, address) for the delivery of the package. The password allows you to log in afterwards to easily track your package.

You can create an account
- either when placing the order, by clicking on the "Place order" button then "New customer
- or by clicking on the "Create an account" section.
We can delete your customer account if you request it from customer service.
- Payment & Security
The site is secured with our SSL certificate. We are never in possession of your bank details.
Supporting documents (identity card, proof of address) may be requested in order to secure the transaction.

If paying by bank transfer, follow the detailed instructions before validating your order. You must indicate the item number (Art + 4 digits) in communication.
The transaction will be validated when the total amount of the order is credited to the Comptoir du Luxe bank account.
The order will be reserved for 7 days provided proof of payment is provided by email.
If you wish to pay for a purchase in several instalments, please contact us.
We accept 25% down payments and the purchase must be settled between 1 and 3 months following the amount of the article. This is shipped only after the sum has been fully paid.

We accept Paypal payment plans, you can pay for your items in several installments via an open invoice.
The item will be shipped only when the invoice is closed.
- Delivery & Tracking
Orders typically ship within 2 business days* (Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm) of receipt of payment.
Delivery includes tracking number, insurance covering the value of the article & a delivery against signature.
We ship internationally via DHL Express.Please contact us HERE if the delivery price is not indicated during your order
- Right of withdrawal & return conditions
The consumer has the right to notify Comptoir du Luxe that he renounces his purchase without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods in accordance with the provisions of the law of 6 APRIL 2010 relating to market practices and consumer protection
From the intention expressed by the customer to return all or part of his order, he has a period of 14 calendar days to return his purchase. If this deadline is not respected, the customer will be deprived of his right of withdrawal and his order will be considered final.
Customer's attention is specifically drawn to the difference between "testing" an item and "using".
In the event of obvious use of the article and/or after observation of the deterioration (Blows, wear, stains, ...) Comptoir du Luxe reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the article. p>
A seal will be affixed to all items, this must be present and intact for any refund. If applicable, NO refunds will be accepted.

The customer must return the complete item in its original packaging via the postal service knowing that the costs and risks associated with the return of the package are at his expense, and must keep the proof of shipment.
In case of use by the customer of his right of withdrawal, Comptoir du Luxe undertakes, after checking the returned item, to reimburse at the latest within 15 calendar days excluding delivery costs.
In case of shipment by DHL, the final cost of delivery is calculated by DHL after receipt of the order to the customer.
This right of withdrawal will be refused if the delivered item has obviously been used, soiled and/or damaged, if it has missing parts or if it. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all its documents and accessories.
If the returned item is not accepted due to the conditions indicated, the customer must take the item back to Comptoir du Luxe's head office (by appointment) or pay the delivery costs calculated by Comptoir du Luxe and with the possible risks incurred and will not be reimbursed.
When the customer takes possession of the item following a personal delivery, the right of withdrawal is not applicable in accordance with the laws of APRIL 6, 2010 relating to market practices and consumer protection. p>
- Personal Data & Cookies
We collect data on Internet users and work with third-party service providers, who therefore have access to some of their data to guarantee an impeccable customer experience.
The server is hosted by Infomaniak, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland. This server contains data relating to customer accounts that have expressly registered with our database. This data can be deleted if the customer so requests. The data we have is not exchanged, given, sold or rented to a third party company.
The passwords that the customer enters when creating his account are stored “encrypted” and it is impossible to decrypt them. The device is therefore secure.
Purchases are made securely. Payment solutions are 100% secure. In addition, the site uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network. All information is strictly protected and guarantees the compliance and security of each transaction.
Type of data collected
When you create a customer account on our site, we record in our systems all the information necessary to place an order: your email, your first and last name, your postal address and your telephone number in order to be able to prepare and deliver your package. This order data is transmitted to the various service providers who work to ensure that your package reaches you. All actors who process your order do not have the right to use your data and must delete this data from their computer system after processing. These service providers store the data in data centers in Europe. However, if you choose to be delivered outside Europe, your data such as your postal address is necessarily transmitted to the logistics services of the carrier who will deliver to you in this country.
